Randy Mullis serves on the Loan Fund Oversight Committee [1] for WCCN's NICA Fund [2]. He received his Ph.D. in Consumer Economics in 1984. He then served on faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1984 to 1991. Randy went on to become an International Representative to Honduras for Habitat for Humanity International [3] from 1991 to 1994. Since then he has worked as a financial consultant and is presently the Assistant Executive Director of the WEA Trust Tax Sheltered Annuity Program, based in Madison, Wisconsin.
