Emily Allred

Emily Allred earned her BS in Finance from the University of Utah. She began her career handling client relationships at a large mutual fund company before securing a position as a principal at a full-service brokerage firm in Utah. There she co-managed an equities portfolio for two years. Meanwhile she earned her second BS in Economics, with an emphasis in International Economic Development. She then moved to San Diego to work as a Business Development Analyst and Marketing Director for an environmental consulting firm. During that time, she volunteered with WCCN conducting legal research toward fulfilling state registration requirements for the NICA Fund. Now living in Madison, Wisconsin, Ms. Allred is delighted to be involved professionally in microcredit and socially responsible investing as the NICA Fund Manager.
